Shipping Policy

**Free Shipping for All Orders Within the United States**

Thank you for choosing Chinnation for your shopping needs! We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

**Shipping Methods and Times:**

- *Standard Shipping:* Our standard shipping option is free for all orders and typically takes 3 business days to arrive after processing. Please note that processing times may vary.

**Order Processing:**

- All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

**Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:**

- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email.

**Shipping Restrictions:**

- At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

**Address Accuracy:**

- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout to avoid any delivery delays.

**Lost or Stolen Packages:**

- Chinnation is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided during the order process. If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact the carrier directly.

Return Policy

Easy Returns at Chinnation

At Chinnation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

**Return Conditions:**

- All items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused
- To initiate a return, please visit the "Contact Us" section on the Chinnation website and fill out and request a return

**Return Shipping:**

- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

**Refund Process:**

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 2 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.


- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

**Damaged or Defective Items:**
